Background music drowns out dialogue

Insignia Model E55HO1NKAQBMNNX. Purchased in Oct 17. When watching A movie and especially a live sports event (football) the background music or stadium noise drowns out the dialogue. There is no sound bar or speaker system hooked up. Just the tv speakers

Additionally, what is your audio/video signal source (e.g., disk player, cable box, etc.)?

The Model number is NS-55DR620NA18. I have it hooked to a cable box via HDMI supplied by Comcast Xfinity.

Thank you for sharing the needed information.

 

Your TV will display the video and audio signal it receives. You may need to adjust the audio output settings on your cable box. If you need assistance with this, I recommend contacting Comcast Support at (800) 934-6489.
