55 inch no picture/ or sound!

I expect when I pay over 500$ for a tv it shouldn’t go out just after the warranty! I have done all I can to get it back on where there is sound or picture both would be nice! I agree should take care of your customers better, I would like to no how to get a hold of customer service! Or can this piece of plastic be fixed for minimal cost! I will never buy your brand again! Guess it goes back to saving money without a tv! I’m not impressed, happy with this at all!

If you haven't already done so, I suggest power-cycling your TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware. 

 

If the problem persists, your TV will likely need repairs. Please call Insignia Support at 1-877-467-4289 for further troubleshooting assistance and/or to schedule a technician to visit your home for diagnostics and repairs.
