I purchase an ipad on 11-25 and received black instead of white. Yesterday I exchanged it and got the white one. I hate it. Can I return it?

No, you are past your 14 day return window.

Actually, that is not correct based on the Holiday return policy.  You have until January 29th to return products purchased between 11/13 to 12/25.  They are also supposed to be waiving any restocking fees for the holidays so you should be able to return it even if it has been opened.

There isn't restocking fees anyways... But yes you can return it as you are within the holiday policy.
