I bought an iPad on 2/13/11. Now that there is a newer version of it - could I exchange the one I bought for the newer model?
PS - I did by the Best Buy warranty, if that makes a difference.

Go in and ask if you can return it. You are a few days over the 14 day return period and they may make an exception. The worse they can do is say no so it doesn't hurt to ask.

I'm still not seeing much of a difference between the iPad and iPad 2 - no improved res, etc. So, depending on what you use it for, you may wish to research and make a determination.

The new one is the same price, so that's irrelevant.

Since the original cannot play 720p or 1080p video, I think that capability alone in the new one is worth it. I have a first gen ipad, but my ZuneHD plays 720p and 1080p video...c'mon Apple, wake up!
