so i bought an iPad 2, today and i just recently heard maybe ipad 3 will come out within the next 30 days, you think i can return the ipad 2 later on and get the ipad 3 ??? i already opened the ipad 2 and took off the plastic cover .. please let me know thanks

As long as it's within 30 days and in like new condition there shouldn't be a problem.

this is only true for iPhones. Any other products sold at apple store has 14 day return policy

From what I know bestbuy gives you a 30 return policy if you are not 100% happy with the product. Looks like you are not so return it. Worst thing they can so is give u store credit only which will be good towards the ipad 3. Hope this helps. Follow me on twitter x_JAG_x.
