How much do you think I could get for an iPad 2, 32 gb, cracked screen, with a $25 case?
Apple wants $300 to repair the screen and I'd rather sell my iPad and get the iPad 3. $300 is a little much.....
I was thinking around $450? I paid about $600..
The crack is in the bottom left corner and extends on the black rim about 3 inches. There is a slight crack down the middle but it doesn't affect the screen viewing at all.
Any help would be great!!!

You would be lucky to get $10. The case is immaterial' it is used and not integral. The unit being damaged and needing repaired is your problem. Do you really think anyone is going to give you much for a non-functioning unti that needs very expensive repairs?
Even if your unit was in like new condition, you would *NOT* get $450!!!! If it were like new, you might get $300 from the right buyer.
If I were selling it, I would ask $100 with the case thrown in for free.

Are you saying my iPad is non-functioning? It works perfectly fine..

It may "work", but it is not "perfectly fine". It is badly damaged. You cannot expect anyone to ignore the physical damage. Since the glass and the bezel have been compromised, condensation and dust are now under the screen. Of this, there is no doubt. Your unit, in it's current state, really has almost no value.

You wouldn't know that it's "badly damaged" because you haven't seen it. You've only read my description of it.
I'm deleting this post.

Delete away, my friend...I just hope you aren't as "shady" when trying to sell it...the damage you described is major. It is not something that can be marginalized. The integrity of the panel has been compromised, at the very least. Moisture has invaded it already, and it is only a matter of time until that begins to affect pixels. Good luck. I hope you get $100 for it, but even that is being generous.

How long have had the iPad2? Some premium credit cards may offer a damage warranty for it.
One idea is take it the repair shop... they might give you some funds to gut the parts like a chop shop.

The "guts" are almost worthless. The value is in the screen and the backlight. The rest is hardly worth bothering over...the battery is used, so that is out. The other parts are as cheap new as they are used.
