I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy 7.0 plus from Best Buy the other day. The major reason for my purchase was because of the listing on Bestbuy.com said it has 8 GB of ram. I believe this is a mistake. This misled me to buy this tablet because it seemed so powerful. After doing some research today it seems as though this tablet only has 1 GB of ram. Is this right? Does bestbuy need to change their site? Does this entitle me to some sort of refund/exchange?

"the other day" - if it's less than 14 days, you are within Best Buy's returns period for tablets. (I think tablets are one of the categories BBY reduces the returns period to 14 days for but I'm not sure.)
And BBY's site is in error.
Still, even with only 1GB of RAM, that tablet is a beast. I don't know of ANY Android devices with more RAM than this, and 1GB is plenty for Android. No other tablet on the market has more RAM, no phone does either (even the new Galaxy Nexus has 1GB). The Exynos processor in the Tab 7.0 Plus utterly smokes the Tegra2 in nearly all other tablets, especially for media playback. (My phone, a Samsung Galaxy S II, has the same processor.)
