I placed my order on the 6th when it showed that it was available online. Placed it with the highest shipping possible. Estimated delivery of 1/9-1/10... but it's been nearly 48 hours and no tracking information? Please advise. If it's not going to be delivered by that time, I will be canceling this order. Thank you for your time on this matter.

Same situation for me, but unfortunately my shipment cannot be cancelled now, I think yours cannot be cancelled either.. Pity, I should get a galaxy tab

Yeah, I think you're right. But I can return it to the store when it arrives and get a full refund. Part of me wonders how much I want this due to the delay of shipping. As a tech fiend, I often want the new and best but want it right away... the more time I get to think about it, the more I don't want it. This delay has made me think about it more and more too. I guess I'll see when it arrives how I feel. Frustrating to say the least though!

Ya, i did the ship to store option with the keyboard and tablet, i kept getting separate e-mails for the 2 items, my tablet was shipped to the store on the 11th and I just picked it up today on the 15th (the day my original email told me to pick up my tablet) and when i checked my e-mails they said my tablet order will be delayed....the people at the store are saying I may not recieve it until sometime in march!!!!  I am the same way with tech...I did my 2 hours of research and liked this tablet the best...i ordered all the accessories from various stores on ebay and i'm slowly reciving them in the mail....but still have no tablet...i have the docking station....BUT NO TABLET....no i hear they will be releasing another version in the second quarter with a slightly better front facing camera and a higher display....so what I am waiting to get is already becoming outdated...COME ON BEST BUY!!!! YOUR DROPPING THE BALL HERE!

This is getting quite ridiculous. I ordered the Acer Iconia Tab a500 during Best Buy's Cyber Monday sale, that in itself took much longer to get to the store than originally expected. I used the tablet for nearly a month (maybe around 3 weeks) and then it suddenly stopped working. I had a case, dock, and memory card already purchased for this model! Thankfully Best Buy had an extended return policy but when I went in to exchange my tablet out they were no longer offered by Best Buy. The rep said the only thing they could do was to add the amount I paid to a new tablet so I waited patiently for the Prime to come in.

When I saw it offered online I immediately went down to the store, talked to the employee I was dealing with before (yay for consistency!) and he was able to place my order. I then went home and the next day saw that the docking station was available as well (you kinda had to hunt for it though) and placed my order for that online as opposed to 'ship to store'. The tablet was supposed to arrive between the 13th and the 16th. No tablet. I do however have my tracking number and can confirm that the docking station is on its way here and will arrive tomorrow. I called my local store and they have 0 info as to where the tablet is that I ordered or when it may arrive, even though i have documentation that says it will arrive between the 13th and 16th. 

I almost think that if I had just ordered it myself online I may be getting the thing tomorrow as opposed to ???. Ugh...
