I was wondering the same thing...heres what Moto wrote back to me:

I do apologize but the Motorola XYBOARD 10.1 and 8.2 with WiFi is currently only available for purchase through our website. It is currently not available through local retailers. We do not have any notifications regarding the availability of the tablet through your local retailers. I'm so sorry for that inconvenience. Please continue to check the Motorola website and forums as these will have the most up-to-date information. We will post the update and it's detail on this link:
