My Kindle Keyboard 3G had a cracked screen, but the rest of it is working fine. I do not have a warranty for my kindle. I was wondering if it was possible to exchange this kindle for a new one at a reduced price through Best Buy rather than Amazon.com. If this is possible, how much would it cost?

Chances are slim that best buy will give you anything because all they can do is ship it to amazon.com

I guess I should be more specific. Basically, can I take it to a store and have them ship it from there rather than me shipping it myself?
