I don't under stand why i cant check my order status

I just ordered a tablet at a store and want to know when it going to get here but when i go to put my order number in it says please put in this format BBY01-1234567890. I can not figure out why. Any anwsers?

If you placed your order in store, you might have a number starting 11 or 33, which isn't something our online tracker knows how to track.  If you could shoot me a private message with the order number, I'd be glad to take a look for you.  You can send me a private message once you're logged into the forums by clicking on the envelope icon below in my signature.
