What model of TouchPad is available?

The Touchpad will be available in the 32GB version only.

How much does the HP TouchPad cost?

The HP TouchPad, regularly priced at $599.99, will be available for $149.99 with the purchase of an HP or Compaq computer.

How many TouchPads may I purchase?

There is a limit of 1 TouchPad per customer.

When will I be able to purchase the HP TouchPad?

It will be available for purchase on Bestbuy.com starting November 1st for ship to home only.  Purchases on BestBuy.com will not be eligible for in store pickup at this time.  The HP TouchPad will go on sale in Best Buy stores starting November 4th.

Stores will not be holding this item;  it will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Ticketing will begin up to an hour before opening on November 4th.  One hour after opening, any unclaimed, ticketed TouchPads will be relased for sale to people waiting in line.

Which HP and Compaq computers can I purchase to qualify for the discount?

Any HP or Compaq laptop, desktop, or all-in-one will qualify your purchase for the discounted price.

This excludes all netbooks and computers that are:

• Sold in our BestBuy.com Marketplace
• Refurbished
• Open Box
• Outlet Center items

Can I return my HP TouchPad?

Yes, you may return your TouchPad anytime in the first 14 days after the date of purchase.

What about the computer I purchased with it?

You may return the computer, but your TouchPad will no longer be eligible for the promotional price.  If you return the computer and intend to keep the tablet, the TouchPad will revert to the full retail price of $599.99.  If this is more than you originally paid for the tablet and the computer together, you will be charged the difference.

How will I get support for my Touchpad in the event that there is a malfunction?

We will not be offering our Geek Squad Black Tie Protection for the TouchPad; however, you may get support from HP by calling HP’s service number 877-426-3777 in the event that you encounter a malfunction.
