Best Buy advertised Asus Transformer Black Friday deal for $249 and their ad said Android 3.2 but transformer has Android 3.2 on it. False advertising!1 Wonder how many people stood in line for hours thinking the tablet had 3.2 on it.
Not cool and Best Buy should be penalized for false advertisement.

Well, you did not read my correction before your smart comment. And they say you are an 'Emerging Expert'
Your "correction" has wrong info. While there is a possibility that "off the shelf", some units may still have 3.0 loaded, an official 3.2 update IS available, and if your device is somehow still only at 3.0 (this would surprise me, months ago my Tab 10.1 had 3.1 and the TF received 3.1 long before the Tab 10.1), it should receive an OTA (over-the-air) update shortly.
There is no false advertising, the Transformer has 3.2, or if you have a device purchased a while ago, is updatable via an official upgrade to 3.2.

So the Transformer has had 3.2 since at least late September, if not mid-early August.
