EReaders

I want to purchase an eReader that is compatible with as many formats of books as possible. I can't afford an IPad - I have a copmputer and a netbook - I just want an eReader.

Which do you all recommend?

Re: EReaders

If you're only in need of an eReader, getting an iPad would be a waste. Kindle is a great hardware for an eReader and there is also the Nook. If you want an eReader that is compatible with lot of formats, a tablet is recommended because they can read pretty much anything with texts in it. But like I said, getting a tablet for just reading would be a waste. Other eReader hardwares like Kindle and Nook only supports JPG, GIF, PNG, and BMP files.
