I would like to know what the status is on my order placed on 1/5/2012? I received an auto generated email stating that I would receive it on 1/9 - 1/10, but it's not looking likely if I am still showing it 'In Process'...

Can/Will any BB Emps give me a status update?  Many thanks!

Best Buy messed this whole thing up, I pre ordered on 11/22/11 and my order has been backordered, delayed, backordered and once again put on delay. I have called bestbuy and not even the phone reps know whats going on. Simple, Best Buy took too many pre orders than their actual stock allowed and is now stalling for time by giving false dates and expected delivery time. I hope you have more luck than me but I know I am never ordering anything from Best Buy again.

Same problem here. Ordered on 1/6 with estimated delivery of 1/10-1/11. Still shows "In Process" and I have not gotten any response from customer service regarding a status update on when this will ship. I cancelled my Amazon order because BBY showed the item in stock and available to ship while Amazon was still on indefinite back order. I will be very disappointed if this does not ship as stated.

I just called and spoke with them and they assured me that the Tablet would ship today and arrive tomorrow...

@fearnosurf: that would be awesome. Thanks for calling and checking. I would be very pleased if mine shipped in the next day or two also. Good luck. I hope it is worth the wait and all the trouble people seem to be having. I've read a lot of mixed reviews so I hope it lives up to most of the hype.

Thanks for the update on this... I'm in the same boat as you. 

It was expected 1/9-1/10 but shows 'In Process' still. 

I hope I'm still in the same boat as you for when it's going to get here.  I can't believe Asus is going through the SAME thing as they did when the original Transformer was put out. 

Also, have you seen the charge on your credit card yet?  I haven' t been charged at all, would expect them to if it's going to be shipped out today or even tomorrow...

I have not seen a charge appear yet. I believe the policy is to charge your card upon shipping. I am hoping to see some kind of update by the end of the day today.
