After reading this and noting that I ordered my TP in store on 2/9 and it still hasn't shipped (it was supposed to reach me 2/14 or 2/15), I called BB to check on it.
They told me that it had to be shipped straight from the manufacturer and I was told, "the likelihood of you actually receiving this product is very low"
I was told that they could send out a case note to check on the status, but it would take 3-5 days. Having spent as much as I did on this, i'm not keen on sitting around for weeks while BB decides whether or not to refund me, so I just told them to cancel my purchase.
I hope others with this problem have a better experience.
