After reading this and noting that I ordered my TP in store on 2/9 and it still hasn't shipped (it was supposed to reach me 2/14 or 2/15), I called BB to check on it. 

They told me that it had to be shipped straight from the manufacturer and I was told, "the likelihood of you actually receiving this product is very low"

I was told that they could send out a case note to check on the status, but it would take 3-5 days. Having spent as much as I did on this, i'm not keen on sitting around for weeks while BB decides whether or not to refund me, so I just told them to cancel my purchase.

I hope others with this problem have a better experience.

I ordered mine in store on 1/31 and am still waiting. Every time I call they just tell me it could be on the next truck to the store. It is getting a little ridiculous. They did offer me $20 back once I am able to pick it up. They said that is as low as they could go as that takes it down to cost for them.
