Can ANYONE confirm or deny that they have received a Asus Transformer Prime 32 or 64 GB in Champagne color? I have ordered this tablet on 11/25/11 and STILL have not received it yet. I have received an email to change to the Grey which my wife did not want, and I have called customer service twice just to be told they don't have any idea what's going on or when it will be shipped to me. Can anyone confirm to me that they ordered the CHAMPAGNE color, not grey, on or after 11/25/11 and has already received it? Thank you for any help you can provide.

I don't believe anyone has received their Champagne pre-order from BestBuy.
I pre-ordred the Champagne on 11/29 and have not received it yet. I was just about to call BB to find out what is going on (I have emailed multiple times over the past few weeks and have received no response). I also need to extend my back-order b/c apparently they will auto cancel orders that have been on back order for 30 days and the Champagne went on back order Dec 18th.

Just got off the phone with BB Customer Support, extended my back-order for the Champagne tablet and dock for another 30 days. The CSR was fairly helpful, but was unable to tell me when they were going to get the Champagnes in.
I asked why the Champagne was completely removed from BestBuy.com and she put me on hold to ask her manager. She came back and said the Champagne has been completely removed from their system and they are not sure if they are actually going to receive any at all.
I have been fairly optimistic throughout this who debacle but now I am starting to get a little frustrated and wonder if I am ever going to get this thing...

Thanks for that information. I, too, have called BB Customer Support and have been emailing them weekly about this. Although they are courteous, I can't say they were "helpful". They just kept on saying they don't know anything and that they "understand", but nothing they could do about it. I'm about to just give up, this is ridiculous...

I just extended my order via the button in the email. I ordered (and extended) both the dock and tablet. I am planning on calling by the end of the week to either cancel all together or go with the grey unit. Who knows how long I have to wait for the grey unit once I change my order over. What a pain, last time I request Best Buy gift cards as a company bonus.

Good news all. I was able to get in contact with Gary Key (ASUS Technical Marketing Manager) via the XDA forums about the Champagne model at BestBuy. It sounds like we may find out more information within the next day or so.
