I ordered a 8GB Acer Iconia Tablet during the cyber monday deal. I then got an email stating BB would not be avaialble to fulfill that order and was given an option to buy a 16gb or 32gb that would DELIVER BEFORE XMAS. I ordered the 32gb and that is now on back order and I was told it would not ship until January.
Great job best buy! Keep up the good work!

This is my first time to shop on Bestbuy.com. I really don't understand why Best Buy can offer such bad experience to a customer.....
They are forcing people not to do buz with them...

They told me 1st or 2nd week in January when the order was placed on the phone hours after recieving the email promising a xmas delivery. Terrible service and no response.
They have lost all my business. I'd rather give another company the business.

For me all also same thing I have order for Acer ICONIC tablet, I was order for XMAS, later it has been updated in order status that will be delivered by12/31...and I called CSR, even she is not assured about the by 12/31....
I have cancelled the Order ..... I will never buy again from BB...

Yeah Best Buy really dropped the ball on this one.
Has any one ordered the 16GB model and recieved that? Im curious if its only the 32GB model on backorder.
At this point im just crossing my fingers.

hi friends happy new year.....did any one got the backordered 32gb acer iconia tab .......i got the mail stating that they will provide me the 32gb on 30th dec.but still there is no information of any thing.
