I have been trying to buy the ASUS prime for over a month now. However, it is never available in the store. I talked to them today and said they have tons in the warehouse. But nobody knows how to get them to the store or order them. Does anybody have any advice on what to do in order to get them out of the warehouse and into the stores. Thank you for your time.

I have also been trying to purchase from in the store since January and of the 7 local stores, none have had the transformer prime in stock.  Any help would be appreciated.

Try going back today, the order system was down on the day you went. If the warehouse has some like the store said then they should be able to order you one and get it to you within a week or so. Good luck!

I ordered one this past Saturday, said it would be here by Friday. I called Best Buy yesterday and was told they do not have any in the warehouse and requested on from the manufacture  but I would still receive it by Friday.. It is now Thursday and I have not received any email saying it was shipped.

I'm trying to order ATP online from yesterday, without success - IN STORES only. Does anybody know when it will be available online? I'm outside US at the moment, and I want it to be dlivered by the time I'll be back.

I walked into a store after seeing the "In Store Only" Message. I was just looking and an associate asked did I need help. I told him I really wanted this Prime but I knew they didn't have any. He stated, well I can order you one from the warehouse. I asked him how since it seems we cannot order online and he asked did it say "In Store Only" I told him yes. He said he can order it so he checked the warehouse and it seems they had some in stock so he ordered me one. I was able to pay for it and everything; it will be delivered on Tuesday to the store, so I will let you guys know if I get it.

Go to another Best Buy and ask a sales person because the Best Buy I went to before that had no clue what was going on.

For anyone who is still trying to get a Prime, I just received my available for pickup e-mail from the store. So if you still want one go to a store and ask them to order you one.

Did you ever get your Prime? I called two stores today that the BB Online said had them in stock. Both sales assoc. said that they didn't have them and that the warehouse didn't have any for order. Verrry dissapointing!
