Whats the difference between them? Which one is better ? And what does it mean when it says it has
Digital Amplifier what is that and does it do?

You’re correct in your observation that the items are very similar, and are almost exactly the same. Model HW-N450/ZA is the 2018 version of HW-M450/ZA. Usually Samsung picks a letter which will represent the year so this year it’s N, and last year is was M. HW-N450/ZA does have a slightly smaller subwoofer, but it still packs the same amount of power.
A unit that’s a true digital amplifier will not have any analog connections like RCA available on it. Digital connections create an overall smoother sound. Let us know if you have any further questions!
