I have a DLP with DVI. Is there a cable to convert DVI to HDMI that integrates the audio also or do I have to run the audio seperate?

You would need a separate audio connection.

Also, keep in mind that if you are hooking a BD player up to it, a lot of it has HDCP which DVI does not support.

Enjoy uncompressed digital signal transfers between your HDTV and HD components with this DVI-to-HDMI cable.

DVI does support HDCP, however unlike HDMI, HDCP was not mandatory for HDMI.
Most video cards past somewhere around 2007 supported HDCP over DVI. Not sure about the timeline of TV support. I know PC monitors started supporting HDCP in around 2006 at least. (My Gateway 24" does, and I bought it from BB some time in 2006.)
