can someone explain the difference between CMR(clear rate motion) vs hz in these tvs?  Thank you!

CMR is a very similar specification to contrast ratio, as it is a bogus specification that should no really be paid attention to.

With that said, CMR is the combination of three factors. Individual pixel response time, HZ refresh rate, and the efficiency/accuracy of the digital processor.
