can i bring back reciept when item goes on sale

i'm buying a tv for my mom for christmas. if i buy it within the next couple of weeks will i b able to bring the reciept back when it goes on sale for black friday? or if i buy it & i c it on sale somewhere else on black friday 4 a lower price will BestBuy match the price?
