Any ideas why streaming Netflix videos would work and then stop? Now no internet access at all. Tried unplugging modem, shutting down TV, rebooting, etc. w/ Panasonic customer service. Still no luck. Help!
Are you sure it tried to reconnect to *your* router when it failed? You will have to check the setting in the TV to be sure that it is trying to connect yo your router, that it has the proper security code, etc.
