I made an instore pickup order on wednesday for the joker limited statuette. They send me the second email to confirm pickup. I go on Thursday, and after 1 hour of searching the tell me they dont have it. I ask how do you not have it when I made the purchase and it was confirmed by an employee that my order was prepared for pickup. I also didnt receive a phone call from anyone informing me that there was a mistake. There was nothing they can do. I am sick to my stomach that the shady practices of this particular store did not oblige to my in store pickup. Suggestions anyone?
