What he was stating was I would purchase it out of Levittown and when it was delivered I would then pick it up.  I am ok with that. But if they can do it the way Slim mentioned I am ok with that as well.

Mstng you can buy in one store and pick it up in another store for sure. It is something new we have been doing for a few months now. They of course must have the product in stock at the pick up store.

I wound up purchasing the Samsung at the Commack store over the Panny S1 or U1. I just was not happy with the Red and Green push on the Panny.

Thanks I am dying to get this install and go through the slow breaking in process. Then I have to figure out where to put the insignia until we move downstairs and can use it as the Wii TV.

Break in? I did not notice anything about break in on mine.

Not playing games for long periods of times and when watching anything with the insignia's like Fox or while watching football I have to have to the brighness and contrast turned down very low. Until I hit about 200 hours

Really? Panasonic did not make mention of that. I am not a gamer and I have used the wiper that is built into the menu on the Panny. I do not know if it needed it I just did it.

It was mentioned on AVSForums. Its a good precaution not mandatory. I am not going with the break in disc that you can download. I am not wasting my electricity for days on end playing colored images.
