I'm having the exact same problem and this is the second time I will have to exchange it. Fortunately I bought the warranty so it's exchanged with no problem but I will apply my purchase to a different TV this time.

Speaking as an IT network engineer, the network card seems to just die. Probably cheap circuitry. Either way, not good.

Hi. Im having the same problems. I bought my roku tv 3 months ago. Do you know if i can returned it and buy another one?

Welcome to the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community! A return or exchange wouldn’t be an option as you’re outside of the Return & Exchange Promise. However, I’d be happy to discuss the options available to assist you further.

 

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with your Insignia TV. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps listed here? If you haven’t I highly recommend doing so. If you have, and the issues didn’t improve you’re welcome to bring your TV into your local Best Buy if it’s under 42”. Geek Squad would be happy to take a peek into your TV under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please note they’d most likely send it out for service.
