I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with your Insignia TV. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps listed here? If you haven’t I highly recommend doing so. If you have, and the issues didn’t improve you’re welcome to bring your TV into your local Best Buy if it’s under 42”. Geek Squad would be happy to take a peek into your TV under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please note they’d most likely send it out for service.
