Volume bar now showing at top right after some years w/o it being there. Use my FIOS remote to adjust volume. Never use the Insignia remote.  Tried it though and using the Insignia remote also shows the volume change on the FIOS volume bar lower left. Nothing affects the volume bar showing top left.  Tried unplugging the TV from the FIOS box and the power.  Still there.

I type F I O S and it prints as F I E S.  gofigure that too. Smiley Happy

What’s your TV model number, and model number of your FIOS box & remote? You may need to reset your TV to the factory default then resync your remote & box. We’d be happy to review the owner’s manuals to provide the steps to do this. We look forward to your reply!

Thanks for responding but it cleared up on its own after three days.  All my fiddling did not help.  Two days later it was gone.  Must have been a gremlin.. or more likely some issue with the FIOS.  (that's f i o s)  If it happen again I'll know who to ask for help.  Thanks.
