LG LV5400
So I've recently bought this time, and the first thing I did when I got home was turn on my Xbox 360 and started playing.
I've played Assassin's Creed and Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield. At the store, the store clerk told me that this tv had a particular "TruMotion" feature that promises to make movies like Transformers and Games with explosions/cars/shooting/FAST PACE kick butt. Well WITHOUT TruMotion, playing my game seems to be stocky/slow. When I turn this thing ON, whenever I move/shift angle, the head of my character sorts of DISAPPEARING... PLUS TO SAY, WHENEVER I WATCH BLURAY AVATAR WITH TRUMOTION TURNED ON, the edges of any object seems to be COATED with a small shadow that sorts of blurs it when it is in motion... Someone wants to tell me why this is happening?

Most of the skilled gamers I know always disable any time of TV processing. If you're within 30days, I would suggest exchanging the TV.
I know Sharp advertises a mode designed to remove lag for gamers. Check them out.

There are over 10000000 hdmi cables out there, do you recommend me buying a 90$ cable? Will this make some sort of improvement to my picture
No. It will make no difference whatsoever. Your issue is with the digital processor of the TV itself. I recommend you check into Sharp only because they have addressed this issue specifically. Sony may be worth a look as well.
