I have a Sony projector that is mounted in my house.  It appears the bulb is going out (getting fuzzy and colors changing).  I have the extended warranty and am comfortable changing the bulb myself (so I do not have to unmount the entire device and sendit in/bring it in).  Can I do this?  I was told at the store I bought it I would have to work through the Geek Squad, but they have not been helpful.  Thanks

Try calling 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD if you haven't already. Don't deal with the Geeks at your local store as they are not in-home technicians.
