I been trying to read up on these two televisions and find the big differences between the two and I honeslty cannot find anything of importance or anything that stands out on one from the other that would make me choose that tv over the other one besides the price... Hopefully someone on here can please help me before I make a mistake on my purchase that I will regret. The two tv's are sharp 60 inch led tv's and the two models are:
MODEL: LC60LE820UN
MODEL: LC60LE810UN
Thanks Robert....

gotta do some research man!! the le810 uses a standard gloss finish to allow for more colors, the quad pixel advantage, to show through. the le820 introduces the plasma style glass finish to the quad pixel.
the advantage goes to the 810. not to much over glare, see any plasma, and allows for more truer colors to be produced

You need to do some research...the "quad pixel advantage" is snake oil...it really doesn't add any clor depth to the picture. Since no source material is shot with "quad pixel" cameras, any end result using quad pixels is purely artificial.
Sorry to burst your bubble.

Not quite true - the color gamut of an emissive display can differ from that of the sensor used for capture. The short way of saying it is - the definitions of red, green, and blue can vary somewhat.

HDMI is definitively capable of a significantly wider color gamut than most displays, especially when xvYCC is in play.
It's similar to the reason why "enhancing" didymium photographic filters actually cause a visible effect when used on film cameras (not sure about DSLRs)
As to whether the extra color is worth the significant extra money? Very likely not.

A little more thought:
If you are viewing HDTV or Blu-Ray content, you likely will receive little to no benefit from the Quattron display - there will be a very few corner cases where your content takes advantage of the extended gamut of xvYCC.
However, if you are using the display for gaming, where it's a LOT easier to render a color that is out-of-gamut for most displays, then it carries more potential benefit.
