Screen went black, no audio or video

The screen on my Samsung 32" LED 1080p (model #

  • UN32H5203AFXZA) flickered, and then went black. No video, no audio.  Is this repairable for a reasonable fee, or is it better to just purchase a new one.  The TV is 2 years old.

The unfortunate case is that the costs of just getting a repair technician to look at it can make it more viable to purchase a new TV.  It is very sad that this happened under less than two years.


However, I would first reach out to Samsung Technical Support.  They most likely won't, but you never know they may help you out or at least give you a productive direction.
