Samsung LN46B640 on back order for 1-4 Weeks!!! yikes!

I purchased a samsung  LN46B640 46inch 1080 p 120 hz from bestbuy.com on 11/28/10 everything went smoothly and my date for delivery was scheduled for 12/5/10 I called them on 12/2/10 to find out what the deal was with my order. I get the worst news i've heard all week. Every store in the tri state area is out of stock on this model and theres no way i can pick it up because its unavailable. He told me i have to wait and they expect to have it in about 1-3 weeks. I'm just wondering how many people are actully waiting for this TV. I know it was a popular item for the holidays but waiting for a product for a month is kinda insane.  . I just hope this Tv comes ASAP! I heard its one of the best TV's out at this price range.

Is this problem going on across the whole country or its just the more populated state?
