Mine is a Roku tv NS-32DR310NA17
Will not connect to local area network, I've done a lot of changes to the router DCHP, picking channels, naming the MAC, as suggested on other boards, reset the wireless, factory settings etc.....
And as stated in other boards, EVERY SINGLE other device connects and NO problems.

When you set up the ROKU, if I recall correctly, the instructions were to connect to it first from your wifi computer and then update the connection informaiton in your roku device from your computer.

How is your network protected? Through the Questions & Answer on BestBuy.com has a few remarks that this model has had difficulties detecting certain larger networks such as those in place at a College University.
Have you tried to connect your Insignia TV on a different network? If you have, and it still doesn’t seem to work it could be faulty wireless card in the TV. This would mean you’d need to work with your local Best Buy for a Return & Exchange.
