Mi fiance and I bought a 46" flat screen RCA TV. When we got it home the screen was busted (straight from the box). We took it back and got a new one. Now, this one has spots in the middle and lines on the side, it's horrible!
We just got in back in February. I know it came with a one year warranty as most best-buy products do. My question is will we be able to return it and get a new one?

No, you are already past the exchange period. You will have to contact RCA and arrange for service/repair/replacement through them.
It sounds as if you are very rough on your TVs.

The current lot of RCA TVs is of poor quality in every aspect. Returns are very high, but based on the picture alone, I don't see how anyone whould buy them to begin with.

I'm not "rough" on our TV's we watch TV maybe 3 or 4 times a week.

I meant "rough" as in handling. Screen damage on two TVs in such a short span of time seems unlikely unless there were extenuating circumstances.
I'm not defending RCA or BB, just stating an observation.

I got way! LOL
But, no when we took the first one back we we're the only ones who returned one from that shipment, so I assume it was a bad one?
This one I was told it was more than likely a defect because there's no visible cracks, damages or anything on the outside.
They don't make RCA products the way they used to.
