When I say that I am thoroughly pissed off at Best Buy online I am livid. I purchased a 52 inch Sharp FLat Panel LCD I have been ont he phone since 9:30 this morning and it is 5:58. I have spent all day working on this - all day. They are not only telling me that it can not be picked up from the store, nor can it be delivered to my house but ohh wait they are not going to give it to me at all. There is something wrong her for a billion dollar company to not be able to honor a purchase. Then to top it all off she tells me - mind you the 8th person that I have talked to today - that I can purchase another tv for $600 more and hold service about exceptional service free shipping - bull crap I am pist and I want my TV.
I will never purchase from the online service of Best Buy com and I recommend that they do something to fix my situation.

Assuming the TV you purchased was discontinued, which is hard to determine without a model number, that could be the issue. What is most likely happening is that the final TV in stock was the display model that was improperly marked. The best way to solve this problem would be to simply return the television and pick out a different model. There is most likeley a better telivision for you that can be determined in store with the help of a sales associate that will more then likely be cheaper then the product you purchased anyway.
Either way, to solve the problem, simply return the television and pick out a new one, or ask for a home theater supervisor or senior to solve the problem. By asking for one of these people you will not be transfered to anyone else, this way one person can handle the situation and not five.
