Pioneer Elite VSX-72TXV AV Reciever

I recently was given a Pioneer Elite VSX-72TXv. I hooked it up but only two of the speaker channels work, and one of those channels only partially works. I'm not sure what is wrong, but I wanted to know what the cost would be to have geek squad take a look at it and fix it. Thank you for your help.

They can send it off to the service center for an estimate, you would be responsible for shipping though unless you have any proof of warranty.

Is there no way geek squad can take a look at it at a best buy near me?

Geek Squad doesn't do inhouse home theater repairs, so most likely no, unless you luck out and one of them has personal experience with receivers.
