Experiencing a black screen on your Hisense TV isn’t any fun. It sounds like it may be the panel issue.
Are you able to pull up the menu screen? Have you tried to power cycle your TV? (This would include unplugging it for 30-60 seconds then pulling it back in.) Is it a black screen on all the sources?
