I have a LG Tv and every time I turn on the tv there is a flashing on the screen and after a while it goes away but then it comes back. It happens on all the channels and when turning it off and back on it still happens. How can I solve this?

Please specify which type of TV are you using, its LCD or LED or a plasma ?
