In addition to the guarantees of the manufacturer warranty, Black Tie Protection includes coverage for normal wear and tear, power surge, internal heat, image burn-in, standardized coverage for stuck or dead pixels, and features a “no lemon” clause that guarantees a replacement product if certain repair criteria are met.
