Hi

I purchased this TV March 2010 with an extended warranty on it that may still be in effect. The issue I am having is that the picture is not full screen. Not sure if something was hit on the remote by mistake or it actually needs repair. I cannot find the owners guide. Please help.

We have a newer Insignia with plasma display, but for what it's worth...on our Insignia remote there's a button marked 'Zoom' that we can use to control screen size. Does your remote have that?

We also have Mediacom cable, and on that remote the picture size is controlled by the 'Aspect' button.

You didn't say how many remotes you have, but in general screen size should be easily adjustable with your remote(s).

I guess by mistakenly you have change your image size, don't worry try to check that button on your remote or else you can visit your picture setting in your TV, might be you'll get some fix from there.
