Insignia LCD TV - moving images on the screen get blurred

I got a new Insignia LCD TV. Moving images on the screen get blurred. Does any one know why would images of moving objects get blurred?

if it has 120Hz, turn it off. Could be the signal you're getting also. How is it hooked up?
