can you help me i purchased my 32 in plasma on 10/14/2008 and went to turn it on on 3/22/2009 and nothing black screen and i cant find my reciept i used a credit card and best buy is still unable to find me in the system im at a loss it was my girlfriend and i first big purchase.was you able to get any justice from anywhere?

You should still be under warranty but why are you waiting so long to call Insignia to get it repaired. Or even called 1-888-best-buy. Your 1 year warranty is up next month.

This is exactly why Best Buy offers an Protection Plan. All of these issues are 100% covered under the plan.

if you can get any service from PSP plan, I've been waiting 6weeks to get a 46" Sony Bravia LCD repaired, the tv was purchased in dec 07, not even 2 years old, I guess a 4yr warranty gives them 4 years to repair it?

Depending on how long it takes to get parts from the vendor, the repair may take longer than expected.
