Insignia NS-65D260A13 Rev A
Two days ago my remotes stopped working unless within 5 feet of the never moved wall mounted TV. Thought it was strange that all 3 would do the same thing but put all new batteries in anyway and no change. Cable box still functioned from regular distances so started to think TV issue. Looking closer at the IR window the the red power LED seemed not as bright. Took out the screw in the corner to look and the sensor/light board is not connected to anything and laying on the bottom. I need to get the sensor board repositioned so it functions again but fingers will not fit in without a litte more access. How is the trim bezel attached? I see the screws along the bottom, but how is it held on the sides? If I can get the trim on the side to open a little more I should be able to get my fingers in there and figure out a way to keep it where it should be but I don't want to break the trim.

Thank you for posting here on the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community with a remote issue with your Insignia TV. Before taking your TV apart, which is something I would be able to talk you through as it would void any warranty present. Have you tried to power cycle your TV, or resetting your TV's Z-wave network?
