Are you going to buy a new TV in india? If not, why not take your TV.  If you absolutely must sell it in a hurry, I'd be willing to take it off your hands for $200.

Do you research about voltage and frequencies.... also the cost of shipping to another country.

India uses 240, instead of 120.  North America is 60hz, while most other countries are 50hz.  That 10hz can mean unwanted flickering.  I recommend selling while it still has some value.
