I'm sorry if there was some mix-up. I have a record of a 42 inch LG purchased back in January of 2009 which is still under Geek Squad Protection. Is that approximately when you purchased the Insignia? We can usually switch the protection plan for you without too much trouble as long as we can dig up a paper trail. Could you send me a private message with the Customer Service Pin number from the bottom of any relevant receipts, the model number, and the approximate purchase date for the Insignia TV?
