Did they just try to troubleshoot over the phone, or did they send a Geek Squad agent out to the residence again to look at it? If it was just the first, you can ask for them to send another agent out to take a look at it because it isn't working correctly. Shouldn't be any additional cost.
Also, did the cable company say anything? Just see that you called them but list nothing else after that.

The Harmony One will be able to controll three different TVs. It really is the best remote available.

I'm not happy with Harmony's configuration software, nor some of the remote's ergonomics. But yes, I agree it's the best choice for a universal remote.

I have owned Harmony remotes for years. The configuration is stupid simple, and with the newer remotes the ergonomics are pretty good, certainly as good or better than most remotes that come with hardware. I love the flexibility.
