I am writing today because my DYNEX DX-60D260A13 has lines running through the screen and is not working.
I bought this clean, undamaged, working TV from my cousin, and i worked very hard to transport this TV in the most delicate way possible, wrapping it, and handlng with care to assure no breaking or damaging occurs.
Upon reaching my destination two and half hours later, after sitting in a terribly uncomfortable position to accomodate the TV and sitting in long lines of traffic, I plugged in the TV only to realize that it was no longer working and had these lines running through it.
I am not writing to complain about the product as i have always enjoyed using it before this issue and am a huge fan of best buy and their willingness to always help. I am however writing to you today to ask if there was anything you can do for this terribly disappointed and sad man that i am now because of this. Is there anything you can do for me to repair or replace this TV for me?
I would be so greatful if best buy would go the extra mile for me here to the point that i would not shop for electronics anywhere BUT best buy moving forward!
I have bought many items from best buy before including air conditioners, ipads and more.
Thank you for helping out your bummed but good loyal customer!!

Welcome to the Best Buy Support ONline Forum Community!
Discovering your newly traded TV from your cousin isn’t working after working so hard to transport it is very discouraging. Since you didn’t purchase the item from Best Buy, and that damage was caused most likely during transport limited options are present.
I’d highly recommend giving Geek Squad a call to schedule a Service Visit with Best Buy at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD. The initial diagnosis is $99.99, but if your TV is too costly to fix, you'll get a Best Buy in-store coupon for 10% off the purchase of a new TV.
