Having multiple remotes can be frustrating. I’m sorry to hear that your new Insignia TV isn’t responding to your cable provider’s remote fully. I’d be delighted to provide a troubleshooting tip I found.
Insignia provided the following advice on the product’s Q&A on Bestbuy.com. They suggest if the cable provider’s remote isn’t controlling all the features to try a different remote code that your cable company has provided. However, if the problem persists it means the remote may not be fully compatible with your TV. I hope that advice helps you!
